Nick Ransley, Intern
Nick joined AXM as an intern in 2010. He spent 5 years managing M&A deals as a lawyer working at Fried Frank Harris Shriver and Jacobson/Ashurst, with extensive experience in due diligence and deal execution, before working at Bridges Ventures, Zouk Capital and AXM Venture Capital initially as an intern. Nick has worked on completed investments in the cleantech and renewables industries as well as in the digital and creative sectors.
AXM Venture Capital Limited is authorised and regulated by the FSA.
The Creative Capital Fund acts for the funds it is contracted to manage or advise and not for any other client. It will not act for or be responsible for providing investor protection to any other party. Entrepreneurs, co-investors and others working with the CCF should be aware of this and should not expect to be treated as clients of the CCF.
