John Sanderson has long experience in the creative sector.  He was a leading leisure and media investment analyst for 10 years before becoming a director of Hydra, partly owned by the marketing and strategy consultancy SRU, focusing on business development in the electronic media sector.  Clients included EMI, BSkyB, and Channel 4.  John is currently principal of JFWS Ltd, where he combines advisory work with directorships and investment.  In addition he acts as an independent consultant through M&C Ventures, through which he is registered with the FSA.  He is chairman of three AIM-listed companies and is chairman and a non-executive director of several others including Somethin' Else Sound Directions (an independent radio production business) and Audio Networks (a library of music for film and TV). John is a member of the London Council of the CBI.


Henry Fyson was the original investment manager with CCF at its inception and supported the Fund up to the end of 2008. He is now pursuing a personal ambition working in the construction industry, and continues with the Fund as an Advisor.  Previously he was a management consultant with Bain & Co                   


Rose Lewis has over 15 years of strategic, financial, and business development experience within the creative and media sector. Having gained her commercial experience at major media companies, she then worked for 3i in the media and internet teams investing in deals such as The Ministry of Sound. She currently leads the M&A practice at Pembridge Partners where she specialises in exit planning and execution. She holds several non executive positions within the digital, design and TV sectors.


Susan Boster is Managing Director of Boster Group, a strategic Arts consultancy that uniquely bridges the corporate and Arts worlds. Clients include national cultural institutions as well as large corporations. Previously Susan was Chief Marketing Officer of News Network at News International, and Marketing Director of Barnes & Noble where she launched bn.com on the web.


Robert Horsfall is a partner at Lee & Thompson, a leading media and entertainment law firm, and has agreed to provide a free initial legal consultation to suitable investee companies.


Jamie Kantrowitz is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Content for MySpace.com in Europe. Based in London, Jamie serves as the architect for strategic and media partnerships, events and oversees the brand and content acquisition for MySpace and its entertainment channels, focusing on music, film, TV, and more.


Tammy Smulders is Managing Director of SCB Partners, a cutting edge strategy, research and activation agency that specialises in reaching out to and communicating with new generation consumers. Clients include Coca-Cola, American Express and British American Tobacco. She is a graduate of Columbia Univarsity and Harvard Business School.
